Exchange-mandated VAPT, on a live platform.
The obligation
What NSE Trading Member VAPT asks of you.
Trading members connecting directly to NSE's exchange infrastructure are required to undergo annual VAPT of their trading systems — order management systems, colocation connectivity, and the APIs that route orders to the exchange — as a condition of continued exchange access. This obligation runs alongside, and closely cross-links with, SEBI's broader CSCRF requirements, since most trading members are also directly in scope for CSCRF's broker-tier obligations.
How TriNetra maps to it
TriNetra scopes NSE-facing engagements around the specific latency-sensitive, high-availability nature of trading infrastructure — testing windows and methodology are coordinated so assessment activity doesn't collide with live trading hours.
Findings are cross-referenced against the same client's SEBI CSCRF report where applicable, and Continuous Controls Validation generates the submission-ready report from live assessment data behind an approval gate — the same engine that produces TriNetra's native SEBI CSCRF formats — so both obligations are satisfied from one coherent body of evidence.
Keep evidence current between audits with Continuous Controls Validation.
